India Pale Ale (IPA)

It is an intensely hopped type of Pale Ale with a golden color. The aroma has bright citrus notes, tropical fruits, and ripe berries. Hop bitterness with light malt notes creates an incredible taste in this beer. No wonder IPA is still considered the “king of craft.” Such a multifaceted aroma and taste are designed with the help of many American hops, which we add at different stages of production of this beer. The choice of snacks for this beer is as diverse as the palette of flavors and aromas of the drink. Beef steaks go well with it, but juicy ribs on the fire are much better. A glass of aromatic IPA served with a cold meat appetizer will enchant everyone. Try combining this bitterness with desserts! A chocolate brownie or crème brûlée will pleasantly surprise you!
